1. In-Premise Service: Fruit Pro is an in-premise vending unit installed within your premises. We do not offer shipping or delivery of products to external addresses. Our automated pantry solution is designed to be conveniently located within your facility, making it easily accessible to you and your staff.

2. On-Site Installation: Our team will handle the installation of the Fruit Pro vending unit at your location. You can choose a suitable and accessible location within your premises for the installation.

3. Restocking and Maintenance: Fruit Pro is responsible for restocking the unit and ensuring its proper maintenance. Our dedicated team will ensure that the vending unit is always stocked with fresh fruits, fruit juices, and healthy snacks.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstance:

Product Discrepancy: If you encounter a situation where a product is not as described, or if you believe you have been charged for items that you did not remove from the unit, you may be eligible for a refund. To qualify for a refund, you must notify us within 24 hours of the issue by contacting our customer support team at care@fruitpro.in. In such cases, we will require clear evidence, such as photographs or detailed descriptions of the issue, for assessment.

Refund Exclusions
 

Fruit Pro does not offer refunds for the following situations:

1. Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds for changes in your preferences or due to a change of mind after items have been removed from the unit.

2. Refunds for Partial Usage: Refunds are not available for products that have been partially consumed or removed from the unit and then placed back inside.
